Terms and Conditions

1. By every claim you must add the protocol with a detail defect´s description and one invoice copy where the claim goods is listed. Every claim we advise discuss beforehand - to acceleration of setlement of a claim.

2. If you claim supplies or OPC drum, it will be necessary to send a print sample showing the claim defect.

3. The buyer sends the claim goods to the supplier (KANTE ZK s.r.o.) on his own costs.

4. The goods must be delivered in an original package. The customer must wrap up the claim goods suitably so that the goods couldn´t be damaged during the transport and neither could the original package .

5. In case that during the repair or exchange of he claim goods will be found, that the defect arose in the way not acceptable for guarantee claim or if during product testing the defect won´t become visible, is the party claiming bound to pay costs of manipulation and testing for the service organisation.

6. The claim goods must be without any descriptions, labels and other marks, which don´t provide the goods from the producer or the supplier.

7. The warranty period for the goods is 24 months, unless stated otherwise (on the invoice, in the product information in the product detail).

Return of the goods

Purchase goods can be return only in especial case. The goods is possible return only unused and undamaged and in undamaged original package. Return of the goods will be always necessary to discuss beforehand with workers of our business department. After discuss will be assign to customer "Return Goods Identifier". Return goods must be designate with this identifier. In the case that the return goods wil not designate with this identifier, the shipment will take back to customer on his own cost.
